Rising Star:
- Kids Yoga & Movement - the program focuses on improving students' flexibility, coordination, strength, and balance through Kids Yoga games and fun and engaging sequences and introduces them to mindfulness.
- Dance classes cover a variety of styles, including hip-hop and creative movement, and introduce children to rhythm and music.
- Multi-Sports class is designed to help students improve their overall fitness and physical activity levels in a non-competitive environment and integrate play and teamwork.
