Welcome to Prek4! We are so excited for you to join our family this fall! Please make sure to complete the following steps. If you have any questions please contact us at boone@austinisd.org or call 512-414-2537.
If you have not completed the online portion of registration, go to https://portal.austinisd.org to set up an AISD Parent Portal account. During the registration process, you will upload any documents you have ready.
- birth certificate
- immunization record
- proof of residency (current utility bill-electric, water or gas; lease or closing papers if it is a new place of residency )
- parent/guardian ID
- proof of income
Types of Proof (only one of the following is required)
Current SNAP Letter or Medicaid Letter (Lone star card, or WIC not accepted)
Most recent Pay Stub (if stub has overtime, 3 recent consecutive stubs are needed)
Income Tax Return (only if parent is self-employed)
Signed & Dated Letter from Employer Stating Gross Income (if parent has started new job)
If you have already completed the online registration, scan and email the supporting documentation listed above to boone@austinisd.org. Your application is considered incomplete until all required documentation is submitted, including the documents below. Only completed applications are eligible for consideration.
